Welcome to Kayima Bistro! We strive to deliver the freshest and most delicious meals to our customers across Abuja. However, we understand that occasionally things might not go as planned. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns may be requested for orders placed through our website, kayimabistro.com, or via phone order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation before Dispatch: You may cancel your order without charge if the cancellation is made within 10 minutes of placing the order. After this period, preparation of your meal would have started, and the cancellation may not be possible. To cancel your order, please call us immediately at 08130734988.
  • Cancellation after Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (freshly cooked food), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.

3. Refunds

At Kayima Bistro, we value your satisfaction. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item or the order does not match what was placed (e.g., missing or incorrect food items), please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving the delivery. We will either replace the incorrect item(s) or provide a refund.

  • Poor Quality: If the food received is spoiled, improperly cooked, or does not meet our quality standards, please call us at 08130734988 immediately upon receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the item(s) to validate your claim, and we will investigate the issue. If verified, we will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.

  • Late Delivery: If your order arrives significantly later than the estimated delivery time, and it affects the quality of your food, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Contact us immediately upon delivery if this is the case.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the food has been dispatched or delivered.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Unavailability to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

5. Refund Process
